Beep Beep Auctions are designed to provide the best possible experience for buyers and sellers alike. Here’s how they work:

Sellers submit their cars to Beep Beep Auction from all over the world, and we select the most interesting and exciting ones to list for auction exclusively on our site.
We work with sellers to help them craft an honest and informative listing for their vehicle using the seller’s facts and photos.
Auctions are live for 7 days with unique-to-Beep Beep Auction features like community comments (these help people bid with confidence), bidding charge holds (to help ensure quality bidders) and sniping protection (to give everyone a chance and help sellers get the best possible price).
The listing process is fast and affordable: sellers pay only $99 to list their vehicle, and it usually takes us about a week to go from a thorough submission to a live auction.

If you are having problems uploading photos in your submission, try starting with 5-10 photos that show the overall condition of the vehicle. In addition, we recommend that photos be 2000 – 3000 pixels on the long side, which usually results in a 1 – 2 MB file size. Photos that are too small or too large might not be able to be uploaded. If accepted, more photos can be added prior to the auction going live.

Good photos are very important to the success of an auction. We put together a photo guide to help you take photos of your vehicle, which you can see here.

We do not cancel auctions and run them for the entire 7 day period. We require listings to be exclusive to BaT during that time with all other ads taken down.

You are welcome to lower the reserve on your vehicle at any time during your live auction using the button on the auction page.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for. We have a couple of recommended shipping vendors which you can see here

Generally speaking we don’t like to re-list a vehicle if it doesn’t sell. A listing tends to have the most interest when it is fresh to market.

If your vehicle is accepted for auction, an Auction Specialist will be assigned to you who will be in charge of assembling your listing based on your provided information. They will also monitor your auction and assist with any questions you may have.

Once you complete your submission, our Auction Manager will review it and get back to you, typically within 48 hours. There is no way to edit your initial submission, however you will have the opportunity to add more information and photos after the initial correspondence.

A reserve is the minimum price that a vehicle will sell for. We work with sellers to set reasonable reserves, and avoid vehicles with reserves that are not realistic. Reserve values are not shown on the listing, nor do we announce when reserves have been met (we think that leads to bidding games).

Sure! We consider vehicles from anywhere in the world.

We choose which vehicles to list based on a number of factors including condition, quality of information, quality of photos, requested reserve price, and similar vehicles currently for sale.

The transaction for a vehicle won on BaT is between the buyer and the seller. At the close of auction, the winning bidder and seller will receive each other’s contact information via email. We recommend that the seller send the buyer a photocopy of the title and a bill of sale prior to the buyer sending payment, and we recommend a wire transfer.

It usually takes us about one week from a submission to a live auction. The more complete the info the quicker it goes live!

You can submit your vehicle by going here. Once you submit, one of our Auction Managers will review your submission and get back to you, typically within 2 business days. If we accept your vehicle for auction, you pay the $99 listing fee and an Auction Specialist will be assigned to you who will assemble your listing based on the information you provided. Once you approve the draft, your listing will be scheduled and will go live on the site shortly after.

$99. You pay only if we list the vehicle, and you pay whether or not the car sells. You don’t pay more if/when it sells. Just $99, period.
